We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment in order to let your body slow down and prepare for treatments. Benefits derived from relaxation can not be over emphasized. Should you arrive late for your appointment, your services will need to be completed within the originally scheduled time in consideration of our next client. Full charges will apply.

Treatments are given privately and you do not need to bring any special attire. Robes, slippers and towels are available for you. However, you may want to bring sandals to wear home if you’re having a pedicure. It is up to you if you wish to completely disrobe during treatments. Our most important consideration is your personal comfort. At all times all our aestheticians use professional draping techniques to ensure your privacy.

Treatment recommendations will be made by our aestheticians and massage therapists following the completion of a brief medical history questionnaire. Some services are not recommended for clients who are pregnant, have heart conditions or high blood pressure, extra sensitive skin or allergies to shellfish, iodine or seaweed.

To encourage complete relaxation for yourself and others, please leave your cellular phones and pagers behind. The Spa is not responsible for lost items, so we suggest that you leave valuables at home. We do not provide child care services in the spa; mothers with young children are encouraged to find appropriate care for their loved ones during treatment time. All guests under 18 must have the health form we provide signed by their parent or guardian
