GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS
We cannot guarantee your room reservation without full pre-payment of room charges for your entire stay. Due to our smaller size and location, we ask all our guests to be sure that their plans are firm before booking, and to agree to pre-payment and our cancellation policy at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We will refund, in full, the pre-paid nights, less a $30.00 service fee, if your cancellation is received at least seven (7) days prior to arrival. If we are unable to re-book your room, regardless of the reason for non-arrival or early departure, your deposit will be forfeited.

EARLY DEPARTURE
Early departures are considered cancellations and are subject to forfeiture of your deposit payment. If we are able to re-book your room, we will refund your deposit less the $30.00 service charge.

LATE ARRIVALS:
If arriving past 8:00 PM, please contact us to make arrangements.

CHECK IN:
Guest rooms are normally ready by 3:00 PM

CHECK OUT:
Guest rooms: 11:00 AM
