We will need to contact you to make arrangements for payment and pick-up or delivery of your Gift Certificates (Gift Certificates can be mailed or shipped to you or the recipient—extra charges will apply). If this Gift Certificate is going to be a surprise, please note this on the form and indicate how we may get in touch with you discretely.
The recipient by redeeming this certificate accepts and agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions set forth on this certificate. Reservations for treatments and spa services must be made in advance and are subject to availability. The Spa certificate must be presented to Spa desk at time of check-in. The certificate may be supplemented by payment of cash, acceptable cheque or valid credit card. Credit will be applied on unused portion of certificate. Not redeemable for cash or other substitutions, not replaceable if lost, destroyed, stolen or expired, and void if altered, photocopied, or reproduced.
